We started this blog for a simple reason: We like to prepare our meals ourselves, we sometimes like to put a little effort into it, we like to eat healthy, but we don't like to waste our time in the kitchen - especially during the week when time is rare anyway.

We started selecting recipes for the coming week, went shopping on Friday or Saturday and started preparing the recipes already on Sunday for the whole week. Since we like efficiency, we arranged the preparation steps so that we could do similar steps at one go. That can save a lot of time. We quickly dress our meals often in only a few minutes during the week and enjoy healthy and tasty meals every day. And now we like to share our experiences with you!
